Our Process

A disciplined path from initial assessment to potential closing.

Each opportunity is reviewed individually and progressed through a structured funding process.

02

Review the business, property or project, required amount, use of funds, underlying assets and preferred structure.

03

Sharia Preferences

Identify compliance requirements, where applicable, and structures or activities the client wishes to avoid.

04

08

Due Diligence & Review

The provider conducts commercial, financial and legal due diligence and, where applicable, Sharia review.

09

Retainer Disclaimer

Professional engagement, clearly defined.

A professional retainer may be charged only after our preliminary assessment has established that the project is viable and that we confirm that the required funding can be secured, subject to due diligence and final approval by the relevant funding parties.

Certain projects require financing to be sourced through our strategic funding partners. In such cases, a retainer may be charged to cover the initial assessment, transaction structuring, documentation review, coordination with funding partners, and allocation of the professional resources required to progress the opportunity.

The retainer will be fully deducted from our agreed professional or success fees upon successful completion of the transaction. However, if the client withdraws from the engagement or discontinues the transaction after work has commenced, the retainer will be forfeited and will not be refundable.

Payment of a retainer does not constitute a guarantee of funding. All transactions remain subject to satisfactory due diligence, compliance requirements, commercial terms, and final approval by the relevant investors, lenders, or funding partners.
